2. Appointment & Payment Policy

• All consultations are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments are non-refundable, but appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hour notice.

3. No Refund Policy. 

 At Banks Financial Services, we are committed to providing high-quality financial guidance and consultation services. Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds once a consultation has been booked and paid for.

Policy Details:

✔ No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments.

✔ No refunds will be issued for any products purchased. All sales are final.

✔ Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hour notice.

✔ In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule, clients will be given the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. 

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and honest financial information during consultations.

• The advice provided is based on the information given; we are not responsible for decisions made based on this guidance.

• Clients are responsible for implementing their own financial strategies.

5. Confidentiality

• All client information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Our services are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, or investment advice.

• Banks Financial Services is not liable for any financial decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from our consultations.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hour notice.

• Missed appointments without 24 hour notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

8. Changes to Terms

Banks Financial Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
